No surprise fees.

A typical $100 charge on the Scale plan. We separate Stripe's portion (paid to Stripe Inc., the regulated processor) from Fyneri's platform fee (paid to us for the software).

Stripe's actual processing rate may vary by card brand, country, and currency. The example uses Stripe's standard U.S. domestic card rate. Cross-border, AMEX, and Buy-Now-Pay-Later transactions carry different Stripe rates that are passed through unchanged. See stripe.com/pricing for the current Stripe rate card.

Things you'll want to know.

Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. Fyneri connects to your existing Stripe account (or helps you open one in under five minutes). Stripe is the regulated entity that processes your payments. Fyneri is the software layer on top.
Are there setup fees or monthly minimums?
No setup fees on any plan. No monthly minimum on Starter. Scale has a $29/month minimum that's waived for the first 90 days and any month where you process more than $5,000. Enterprise pricing is negotiated.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click in the dashboard. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current period. Annual plans are prorated — we refund the unused months minus any volume discount you received up front. Full details in our refund & cancellation policy.
What happens to payment processing fees if I refund a customer?
Stripe's processing fee on the original charge is not refunded by Stripe (this is Stripe's policy, not ours — see Stripe's terms). Fyneri's platform fee on the original charge is refunded proportionally if the refund happens within 60 days.
Do you support international payments?
Yes, anywhere Stripe is available (135+ currencies, 45+ countries for selling). Cross-border processing carries Stripe's standard +1.5% non-U.S. card fee plus a 1% conversion fee where applicable; these are passed through unchanged. Fyneri's platform fee does not increase for international payments.
How do payouts work?
Stripe pays out directly to your bank account on the schedule you configure (daily, weekly, or monthly). Fyneri never holds your funds. We deduct our platform fee from each charge at the time of processing — we don't run a separate billing cycle.
Can I see a contract before I commit?
Starter and Scale are governed by our standard Terms of Service, which you agree to at signup. Enterprise customers receive a redlinable Master Services Agreement and signed Data Processing Addendum. Email us for a copy.
What kinds of businesses can use Fyneri?
Most legitimate e-commerce. The shorter list is what we don't support: anything on Stripe's restricted businesses list (adult content, weapons, gambling, regulated drugs, MLM, financial advice without a license, etc.). Full list on our Acceptable Use Policy.
