The short version. Cancel monthly plans in one click — they stop at the end of the current period and no further charges occur. Annual plans get prorated refunds. Stripe's payment processing fees on completed customer transactions are non-refundable (Stripe's policy, not ours). First-time customers get a 14-day money-back guarantee on the Fyneri platform fee.
01Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Fyneri subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription in your dashboard, or by emailing contact@fyneri.com. We confirm cancellations by email.
Monthly plans
Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again. You retain full access until the period ends. After the period ends, your account moves to a free read-only state for 30 days, during which you can export your data, then it's deleted (see our Privacy Policy for retention details).
Annual plans
Cancel any time. We refund the unused months (calculated month-by-month from the date of cancellation), minus any volume discount you received up front compared to monthly pricing.
Example. You paid $1,200 for 12 months ($100/mo, equivalent to a 17% discount vs $120/mo monthly). After 5 months you cancel. Unused: 7 months × $100 = $700. Discount clawback: 5 months × ($120 − $100) = $100. Refund: $700 − $100 = $600.
02Refund eligibility
14-day money-back guarantee (first-time customers)
If you are within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund of the Fyneri platform fees charged during that window, no questions asked. The 14 days start on the date of your first paid charge (not the trial start).
Beyond the 14-day window
Monthly plans are not refundable for unused time after the 14-day window — you simply cancel and stop being charged. Annual plans are prorated as described above.
Service-level credits
If we experience a documented outage that breaches our published uptime commitments (see status.fyneri.com), you may be eligible for a credit on your next invoice. Credits do not stack with refunds. Enterprise SLAs are governed by your signed agreement.
03Free trials
Trials are free for 14 days. We do not require a credit card to start a trial. If you don't activate a paid plan, your account stays free and read-only at the end of the trial — no surprise charges.
04Stripe payment processing fees
When your customers pay you, Stripe charges a per-transaction processing fee (e.g., 2.9% + $0.30 for U.S. cards). Per Stripe's policy, the processing fee on a successful customer transaction is not refunded by Stripe if you later refund your customer. This is Stripe's policy, not ours, and applies to all Stripe customers regardless of whether you use Fyneri. See Stripe's terms for current rules.
Fyneri's platform fee on the original charge is refunded proportionally to the refund amount, provided the refund is issued within 60 days of the original charge.
05Enterprise plans
Enterprise customers are governed by the cancellation and refund terms in their signed Master Services Agreement, which may differ from this policy.
06Customer disputes (chargebacks)
If a customer disputes a charge on your store, Stripe handles the dispute process and assesses any associated dispute fee directly on you. Fyneri does not charge a separate platform fee for handled disputes. If you'd like dispute representment guidance, our support team can point you to Stripe's evidence-submission tooling — but we cannot file evidence on your behalf.
07How to request a refund
Two options:
- Self-serve: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. If you're within the 14-day window, you'll see a "Request refund" button on the same screen.
- Email: Send a request to contact@fyneri.com with the subject "Refund request" and include your account email. We respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
